Okay Ladies, this product is one of my secret weapons. Not only does it take your skin to a whole new level of Glow it is amazing around that time of the month to help balance emotions and physical symptoms. (Thank you Chocolate!) If you wear it out on the town, you will literally need a stick to beat off the men. We all know that the way to a man's heart is through his stomach! Here is my moon flow routine: couple of squirts in the bath, while you are in there, take a wash cloth and with another couple of squirts, wash your face and body taking special care of your feet. When you get out, massage over entire body with extra attention to your belly. I find a clock wise motion particularly soothing. For extra nourishment, run some through your hair and go to bed! Wash out in the morning for soft supple locks.

Now for the men...take a wash cloth into the shower and with the chocolate BSE exfoliate your whole body. When you get out, pat dry and apply all over for a shimmery delectable glow.
