Cardamom. I love this oil intensely.

I use it with 1 drop of cape chamomile, immortelle and a tsp of honey for a truly euphoric, sensual experience.

Cardamom is great for any stomach upset, specifically for trapped gas or indigestion. In Ayurveda, it is used as a phelgm expectorant. It works so effectively.

It is good for those cold winter nights. Put 1 drop on both foot and wrap them in thick socks. Your feet will be warm in no time (and smelling good too) (Posted on 2/10/12)
